1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 90 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition (including all packaging and tags). Proof of purchase is required.
- The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food or plants), custom products (e.g., personalized items), personal goods (e.g., beauty products, underclothes), or hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases), cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@emberarti.com.
- If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions based on your location. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items. Please share the tracking number once shipped.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 7 business days if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days, contact your bank or email us at support@emberarti.com.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return conditions are not met.
4. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact us at support@emberarti.com before the order is shipped.
- If successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- If the order has already shipped, wait for delivery and initiate a return within 30 days.
- Rejected or unregistered returns may result in the item being lost or denied, making you ineligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@emberarti.com with photos/videos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
